1. Munktellstorget
Just a short walk from the charging points, 190 years of Swedish industrial history await at the Munktell Museum. Nearby, Eskilstuna Art Museum showcases contemporary exhibitions, while Munktellbadet invites you to swim, splash, or unwind in the relaxation area. Feeling hungry? Stop by Home Hotel Bolinder Munktell for a Swedish fika and enjoy the river view.

2. ReTuna

3. J A Selander Street
From J. A. Selander Street, you’re just a short walk from the shopping area along Kungsgatan, Fristadstorget square, and the charming Rademacher Forges, where artisans keep 17th-century smithing traditions alive. Nearby, Eskilstuna City Museum offers a fascinating glimpse into the city’s industrial history. You can also wander through the leafy Rothoffsparken or follow the riverside path through the city park (Stadsparken) onwards to the Old Town.

4. Vilsta recreation area
Vilsta Nature Reserve offers hiking and cycling trails, a disc golf course, and a mini-golf course. In summer, you can relax on the sandy beach at Vilstabadet, take a swim from the jetty, or enjoy a picnic at one of the barbecue areas. In winter, both a ski slope and cross-country trails are ready for those who love to ski.
You can also rent a bike (April–October) through ReBuyke or try stand-up paddleboarding in summer with Eskilstuna SUP (advance booking recommended via Vilsta Sport Hotel reception). The area also features an adventure course, where you can climb among treetops reaching five to nine metres high (pre-booking required).
5. Sundbyholm
In Sundbyholm, you can stroll around the grounds of Sundbyholm Castle, visit Sweden’s northernmost runestone (Sigurdsristningen), and enjoy the sparkling views of Lake Mälaren. The area also features a guest harbour with facilities, a popular sandy beach, and plenty of picnic spots for the whole family.
If you feel like getting out on the water, book a raft through Sundbyholm Guest Harbour, perfect for a picnic afloat or a peaceful evening ride (advance booking required). In summer, the racetrack, concerts, and live performances add extra atmosphere to the area.

6. Torshälla
Walk along the picturesque cobbled streets of Old Torshälla and discover Allan Ebeling’s sculptures in Holmbergs Park. You can also explore his life and work at the Ebeling Museum. For a break, stop at Café Gröna Villan or Konditori Amarant, both known for their homemade treats and cosy outdoor seating during summer.

7. Tuna Park shopping centre
At Tuna Park shopping centre, you can charge your car while exploring Eskilstuna’s largest shopping mall. There are also restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy a meal or a coffee, and play areas for children.
A short walk away, Parken Zoo lets the whole family meet exotic animals, ride carousels, and splash around in the water play area.
Tuna Park has several charging stations, with the fastest offering rapid charging up to 200 kW.

8. Eskilstuna Golf Club
At Eskilstuna Golf Club, you can charge at high-speed chargers of up to 300 kW. While waiting, play a round of golf, practice on the driving range, or simply take in the surrounding nature.
If you need a break from the game, relax at Bistro Bryggan for lunch or coffee with views over the greens. For those who want to stay longer, the club offers golf packages with nearby accommodation.
